Root [ROM] [R910] EXODUS 0.6 CWM or ADB script install

Well that's even better, I'll have to take a look for sure. Though that would require CM7 being ported to the indulge......
 
Recieved a text from Silvist at about 4am. Looks like he got the new kernal to compile so great things are still to come guys thanks for the patience!
 
this rom didnt work for me :/ please help, i am a newb at this, i downloaded all three files turned off my phone and still nothing :/

Let me know how it works out, I finally got the source of the R915 to work with. As for the 0.7 version still working on it, and its coming along nicely. Just waiting to see what else T3XAN wants to add to it ;p.

glad i did a backup lol


formated cleared all my c. then installed it.

booted sam sceen then cricket screen. then i guess rebooted to sam screen. would start vibrating and go into black screen then hang till i pulled the battery.

power-R KEY backinto cwm re flash stock rom.
 
Are we making anymore progress to exodus 1.0? Last we heard from silvist was on Aug. 5th and on the 11th T3XAN said silvis texted him with a kernal update
 
i hope so i think this rom is kick a** battery life is great on it ive been running it for a couple months now and no problems at all.
 
hey guys. i installed the rom according to instructions and now after any boot or reboot i get no 4g or 1x data. whats funny though is that when i turn on airplane mode and turn it off. the 1x data starts working but no 4g. i have reinstalled rom and also installed exodus but same thing. baseband ee07 lte uknown prl 03020
 
Sounds like your lte got hosed up I think the only thing you can do is odin and take it to metro pcs for a replacement. Tell them you got some update that rebooted your phone and when it came back up your lte said unknown. I think this of the only known fix.
 
Well I was sure of these roms basix and exodus that I skipped the back up part. I was sure by now someone could make a fix for this. But oh well. Is their anyone who might have a backup (odin) I could use for the warrenty? I am perty sure the hardware is fine. I just need to get lte working again. Does the sim card have anything to do with it. I know that it tells the lte network who you are and maybe it got formated in the prosses? I was also thinking that it may just be a setting deep in the phone as the 1x is also off after boot. Turning on airplain mode and turning it off again seems to restore the 1x data. I think this is odd as it should be on at all times since I can make phone calls it means that the cdma is connected just no 1x. Any weird any thoughts on this theory.
 
There is a stickied thread about odin and has a downloadable backup for the 910 (metropcs model) they are working on the cricket 915 model. The thread you are looking for should be one of the first 5 posted in the root section

so i am back to stock but it didn't fix my 4g issue but hey at least if i can't figure this out i can now warrenty the phone.
 
Heyo everyone,

My apologies that I haven't been around lately to post on here. I just started up school again, so I'm very busy with that and my work. There was rumors going around about something that I was working on and that was true. Though due to my lack of knowledge and my limited time, the reigns of what I was working on have been handed over to a more suited person. That doesn't mean there won't be another version of Exodus, specifically 1.0 version. I am working with Playfulgod together on this, but he's doing most of the work in regards to compiling a working port. If you guys want more info on the project check this post:

Hello,

I followed instructions and tried installing Exodus both ways via indulge.bat and then via CWM.

When I tried to install Exodus using the indulge.bat method, installation keeps on getting stuck on

Metro had a nasty bloatware on the phone that just scanned the name of packages at install time and prevented certain known applications to successfully install on the phone. The ROMs remove that restriction.

So if you want to install any app from the market, nobody can tell you nada.

The old version of Wireless Tether For Root Users, and Z4root (or whatever other root app it was) cannot be installed on the vanilla metroPCS rom, for example.
