try flashing the 2b rom first, then try to boot. If it boots, reboot cwm, flash the partition updater, reboot

err...your partitions should already be updated, so I think this problem is unrelated to partitions. Have you reverted to b09 yet? If so do you still have service there?

I still don't know how b09 will react to the new partitions

It wouldn't help bc zte doesn't know what they're doing and, because of that, so many people are having problems updating after they get the ota, myself included. The best option available is to do what's being done here.

Oh no I'm stable with my modded updater script on top of money's stock ics and chev's root

here is 2c. If you have already flashed the partitions, you don't need to do it again. If you have flashed them back to stock, you will need to flash them again. In otherwords...if you are trying to run jb use jb partitions and the other way around.

you should not need to flash the partition updater if you already have.

If you flash back to stock partitions, then obviously you would need to do it again before using the jb roms
