Root [ROM] The Second Wave... | Droid Incredible

anyone get the vvm to work? i dl'ed the update but it doens't property install vvm. as soon as i reboot it forces close and doesn't show up on the app list. when i look in the installed apps under setup it shows it but has a 0.00 size and won't let me uninstall
 
Does anyone else not have a lock screen anymore?

I don't miss it 1 bit, just curious as I didn't read anything about it.

Killed hulu app with atk and lockscreen returned.

Is there a way to watch stuff in full screen using that hulu app?

10 out of 10 for the Rom tho bud, I loves it.
 
i long press on the video and it brings up two popups and i click the one on the left for fullscreen
 
You can also watch full screen via browser. The instructions are in the hulu_install folder. Just need to change the user agent to desktop, basically.

So I noticed that one of the two of your roms had lock screen doing one of the items I've been looking for - not allowing the use of the menu button.

My guess is it had something to do with the optical trackpad wake - any chance that is something I could modify standalone, if just for the disabling of the menu button?
 
you could always install the tackpad wake and not use it to wake and still have them same effect since it didnt work well anyways

Actually HTC made that change.

Still getting force closes with both VVM and HTC Messaging. I will try and remove the files through ADB, reset, and re-add.

EDIT: Can't figure out what files to remove.
Tried mv /system/app/VVM.apk /system/app.disabled/
mv /system/app/HTCMms.apk /system/app.disabled/
Both could not be found.
