ROM Toolbox Pro (App Author: Jared Rummier) is the only "rooted" application I've installed that does not seem compatible with the MT. When I try to change the performance settings I get "Failed to apply values" displayed shortly after I see it being granted SU rights. Additionally, when I open the file browser, it will not show files until I hit the search button. Has anyone else had success with this application?
I was able to change my bootup animation, clock my CPU and do and SD boost using other work-arounds, but I'm frustrated I can't seem to get this app to work for me.
Here's an image of the error (I can't post links yet, but if you copy the dropbox link to your address bar your can view the image) dl.dropbox.com/u/59442286/2012.04.22-14.46.59.jpeg
OS and model: Motorola/Caymus_VRGUS/Triumph/Triumph:2.2.2/FROYO/1010_2_039_110607:us
Any suggestions? At this point I don't want to install a custom ROM; I'm getting close though, I have a clockworkmod nandroid backup stored on my SD card.
One other point unrelated to this; the MT has a log file called Alog_Events that will eat up your internal memory at the rate of about 5MB a day. I deleted it at 455 MB and instantly went from 271MB of IM to 700+. When the OS restarts it simply recreates it.
