Root Rom Toolbox

Could someone please tell me why i can't see my data files in Rom Toolbox, I open the app up and tap on Root Browser/data blank screen, i can search for a file and then i can see it but that's it....... it use to work good, now on v4.5.2 works fine....... one other thing open Rom Toolbox/configure Apps2SD freezes up and i have to force close? on both of theses I've uninstalled /re installed and cleared data as well dead........????

I use a separate file explorer not through ROM toolbox

hey not trying to be smart or anything but i paid for the pro rom tool box and i know of many things that dont work thats minor just do like i do and use a root explorer you better off and less problems :smokingsomb:

Yeah they each have specific uses that they are great at and i too would rather use an actual file explorer like root or the new one that is posted up on the root section.

It seems this was resolved in another way than getting it to work, but for anybody that comes in later with the same/similar problem:
If it's not showing anything in the root directory of your phone, it sounds to me like Rom Toolbox wasn't given root permissions. You could try opening Superuser and see if Rom Toolbox was denied and change it manually, or delete the preset and when you next open RT you'll get the prompt to allow or deny.
If this doesn't work, I have no other ideas besides just using a different browser.
