I like Viper4G. 
That screen on time included streaming anime, surfing, email, SMS, a little bit of talking - the usual stuff.

Judging by your guys' numbers I'm about right then. I average like 6 hrs screen on. I got a little alarmed today when my battery drained in like 4 hrs of screen on.. But I was playing a game. And also it looks like you guys are in a wifi spot all day.. I on the other hand am in a spot where I don't have wifi and the 3g connection is spotty at best. (when I'm at work). And maybe that's why I get crappy screen off usage. Does Viper have the same screen off connection off properties like Meanrom?

You have any other tweaks or is it just stock viper 4g? I know you run v6 but I haven't followed the progress on that
I don't run V6 on this. I have dialed back the Android minfree (auto kill) settings to be less aggressive and let more stuff run; installed DSP Manager and the hd camera mod, and I run Nova launcher.
I've done zero about my bloatware (keep meaning to though).
I have power savings set to turn off gps when screen off.
Otherwise, I am syncing 5 email accounts and just using it like a normal phone, no tweaks other than the linkify fix and the eye candy.

Running Sense launcher? Yes, but I have to check how, unless someone knows offhand.

How do you get to the tweak settings screen, when I open it up all it say is tweak defaults with a blank screen below.
Anyway, I recall this was an option in the predecessor (could be wrong on that) - but I checked and for Sense, you have to replace the laucher (Rosie.apk) with one dev'd by mikeyxda (haven't found a link for that yet).
Ummm.... fwiw - that's just a simple option to select in Nova launcher, probably Apex as well but not 100% sure.

Notifications pulldown, Quick Settings tab, Venom Tweaks - or app by same name in drawer.
Could be something set funny in Statusbar tab if opens from drawer but not notifications, maybe??

My bad, I thought the tweak screen you posted a few pages back was part of Venom. I opened the Venom tweaks but didn't see any sliders so I thought something was wrong.
That was System Tuner.
Yeah, Apex has that setting as well.

When I activate the flashlight from the lock ,screen by long pressing home, the flashlight comes on. Then, if the screen times out, it will flash off for a second, then flash back on again (this is no big deal). But then, maybe a minute later, it will completely shut off. I presume that this is because the phone his to sleep. I need the flashlight to stay on until I turn it off, one that will keep the phone awake while the flashlight is running even after the screen goes off.

I was up in the attic checking the AC last night (great time for it to go out). Had the flashlight on. I usually use SwitchPro to manage the flashlight, but had just shifted to using the built in flashlight control in QuickSettings.
Just like CriticalClinic mentioned, it flashed off and on for a nano-second, and then turned off when the phone went to sleep. When I woke the phone up, , it came back on.

Is this in Aroma? It does that with me at times, have you tried using the volume buttons to move and power to select?
