Update: Unfortunately, I am no longer supporting Atrium JB. I can't keep up will all of this stuff and don't have a good place to upload to. I will still continue to post customized ROMs, but don't count on consistent releases.

so you removed some apps... added a few... rooted... and called it a rom????
hate to break your flow here... but unless you create a device tree and build from source... its not a rom... just moving around some apps...
 
OK, I downloaded this morning, and got nothing but a bootloop with a backlit screen. I tried per instructions on the OP...with and without wiping data; then reverted to the zjones JB zip and tried both ways from there, finally back to tylers ICS rec. file and tried both ways from there; same result. Not sure just exactly WHAT'S going on with it, but that's what I got to report at the moment...will stay watching the thread for other posts & reports...

Hmm...I just tried it and it worked fine. After you wipe data it will take a while to boot (up to 20min)...

When I flashed, I went from stock JB. I will make you a backup of Atrium in just a second.
 
It freezes a lot and by freeze, I don't mean just a slow down. It actually will black screen and I will have to hard reset it every time. So far, it hasn't mattered which app I have used.

On my device, I have seen a little bit of freezing, but I am working on it now and it will be fixed in version 1.1.
