Root [ROM][WIP] Atrium JB

I'm running [ROM][4.0.4][WIP] Super Helado right now. Can I flash this rom even though I'm currently running an ICS ROM? I want to give JB a try. And if for some reason I run into a problem or miss Helado, can I return (flash) back to 4.0.4 Helado?

yes flash away... but make sure to wipe both system and data before flashing...
to backup... you can use the backup feature in cwm... or use titanium backup...

May I make a request or maybe you can direct me to where I can find it. When I used Super Helado rom, it had built in "Apollo Music Player." This has been my favorite music player I have found. I have searched however and cannot find it anywhere as an apk. Could you add it to your rom or direct me to an apk?

It seems that most everyone else here can flash these roms but me. I've tried 1.0 (both versions)and 1.1.....the only ones I can get to boot are the stock 4.0.4 from tyler1998, and the original 4.1.2 JB you put out, z. PartTime JB from SuperBoy4444 gave me some problems at first, as well as Super Helado and all the previous others; but they eventually started working.
1 common denominator with ALL of them, though; they ALL flashed from the card, but threw a bootloop at reboot...ALL went to a blank, backlit screen after the Samsung logo and yellow triangle.
I'm gonna look back at my posts in the other threads around the time P.T. JB 2.4 finally pulled up in my phone, and see if there's a common link somewhere.

Peace,
Sox

I still have no luck on getting any wifitheter workin w jellybean even I have root access,I might be downgrade cause its workin w no issue on root ics

r u wiping data and system between flashes?

Yep...I've tried both ways (OP does have the "optional" suggestion in it, but that's my norm, anyway).

Edit: After a failed attempt and restore, I have tried not wiping and re-flashing to see if there was a difference, but no; same result

Are you installing the roms from your external sd card? It could be corrupt, or something of that matter. Have you tried putting them on the phone's memory?

I might hold out on this one until at least the rest of the Samsung bloatware is gone. This is very exciting because there has really been little development for this device since it's release. Honestly I'd love to see a rom for the Reverb that has Beats and Apollo and a theme changer for the status bar. The T-Mobile one that CM uses would be a good one. I can't seem to find any real theming options in the stock JB.

You have to root and you have to use the TrevE Mod Wifi Tether app. I had the same problem. Now all of my devices can connect again using this more simplistic app. Link: http://code.google.com/p/wifi-tethe...etail?name=wifi_tether_v3_3-pre2.apk&can=2&q=

On another note, I am still using the stock Jelly Bean, and I froze all of the Samsung apps, VM apps, and half of the Google apps (books, music, magazines, etc.). I put Beats Audio and Apollo on the device. Now it's like having a Reverb on steroids. Pretty much the same outcome of flashing a slimmed rom, only there are still no theme options other than what came with the launcher. I would love to know how I could get theme chooser or something similar on this device.

I'm going to try to start on another version. But, it's kind of hard right now because the hard drive in my laptop is failing and it could die and any moment. I don't have the money to replace it at the moment...
