I'm flashing it using cwm then. (can't really wait to download 350mb android sdk app to test it)

btw, it would be great if you could post some screenies of the rom?

No screenies dude.
This is ROM built from source and is not favourable for daily use as its in very early stage and is going to take lots of time to debug as not many testers/dev are here to test or report faster.

was busy today, so couldnt test earlier...
did it just now...
m attaching logs when "switching on" and "switching off" stock rom(rooted)...
and as far as cm7 is concerned... stuck on boot...
adb didnt recognize anything...

Does ddms detect it when on logo?
Did you try executing logcat? Does it get executed?

No, it doesn't detect at all....

Ok!
Found many faults and a solution to make the ROM boot too
One more good thing I saw in dmesg is the touch driver has got registered
Will make a private build for me with fixes and will start Testing round #3 probably the day after tomorrow which will be a tested and booting ROM

The most probable would be the touch bug
I have no idea what could come in front of us except that.
I am only tensed of touch bug.

Was the serial number same as froyo?

Alright,
From the logcat I can see that
1. Vold(sdcard) is fixed
2. The sensor binary is working too.
3. Ckpd daemon got initialized as well

Tomorrow on round 4 I will give a small flashable zip fix instead of whole ROM.
CM7 has done progress. The ROM doesn't boot because the network drivers are somewhat messed up. I used froyo drivers in them. Tomorrow will freshly compile the libs from cm7 source itself.
Will also try to get a copy of ROM for myself.
Damn! Got a corrupted zip even the second time :crying:
