What would be the best rom for various situations and does anybody have any roms of their own? I am looking more on the lines for something that has great battery preformance as well as just decent overall preformance and not slow
Also how do you install roms once you download them

Asking what ROM is better is like asking what car is better. There is no better or best.

YOU have to try them and find out what works best for YOU. Every Esteem is different. What works for one might not work for another.

How about starting here(http://androidforums.com/esteem-all-things-root/460450-lg-esteem-all-things-root-guide.html) and learn as much as you can from searching and reading through the forum. Your questions have been asked a million times before so the answers are there.

Installing a ROM. Once you find a ROM that you want it will have instructions per that ROM on how to install it. All ROMS have directions on how to install. Zip to SD. Boot CWM. Wipe. Install. Just browse the forum dude.
