Root roms&themes?

I need to pick someones brain. So i flashed rom #2 and i like the theme that comes stock....but i like to change it up also. So my question is once i flash a different theme than the one that comes stock with #2 how do i go back to the one that comes stock with #2 without reflashing the rom?

well lucky for you i have a flashable theme of my rom so that is how you can do it fo #2, but for other roms would have to re flash the rom

Like Ldrifta said.

OR you can use commander and save your stock files and push them back as needed. (Framework-res, systemui, system, res-capp)

Thats how i install all themes now. I dont flash them anymore. Much easier to push through commander.

Okay sounds good what is commander and how do I use it? Is it like making up backups of different tgenes in then just picking with 1 you want use at that time?

Im suprised no one has meantioned clockwork recovery...just search cwm in play store (its free) make a backup. Then if you dont like your theme recover your backup and your good to go. The advantage of this over reflashing is that all your settings will be saved and you wont have to go back and change ringtone etc. not much of a big deal but saves time if you plan on trying multiple themes but either way will get the job done! :)

The amount of time it takes to run a backup, you could install 10 other themes, Its handy but slow.

TOO many other options that are easier to use. Plus there's several options through commander that you dont even have to reboot the phone to install. Just system install through commander and its done

Here is commander http://androidforums.com/esteem-all-things-root/517688-adb-android-commander.html

Its basically a program that you can use on your computer to swap files out on your phone. Same thing as doing it on your phone except its much easier on a computer and thats where the files start at anyways.

^^^ I better swallow my pride an see whats this is about... im tired of this noob shame lol.

No pride to swallow bro. If you don't ask, you'll never know. But also keep in mind the little search button. Someone may have already asked, & it all posted for you. That's how I found a lot of neat stuff for my baby.
