Root Romtoolbox...= bloatware??

I tried to uninstall the romtoolbox from the app manager but it is not there then, i tried easy uninstaller app still is not there; at last I did it within it program, but as soon as I uninstalled it, my phone keep rebooting. I have cpu master. Is this rom toolbox worst then the metropcs bloatware or what??? Or do I REQUIRED to use rom toolbox if I want to keep my phone rooted and overclocked? In short, is this app must be in the system/sd card/phone IF i want to keep my phone at max speed while I dont use it(this romtoolbox) at all?

Lol , its not really "necessary" to have Rom toolbox its just that the devs decided to implement rom toolbox within the ROM. You could delete with root explorer in system>apps /. Try first clearing all data and cache then remove it and reboot your phone. See if that solve your rebooting
