Root Root Access gone overnight?! Please HELP!

Recently (re)rooted DINC with Unrevroked. No issues at all. Superuser access fine, Titanium Backup working fine, removed bloatware from phone, been wireless tethering and using screenshot app for 3 days. All the sudden, I take phone off charger this morning and none of my apps that require root access are working. Titanium unable to get root access, wireless tether not working. The phone is acting like it's not rooted anymore, and I dont know why.

Not sure what happened or how to rectify this problem? Any advice?

Do you still have superuser in the app drawer? If yes, go into manage applications and clear the data for it.

Yes, Superuser Elite installed and fully visible. Already cleared data and data of various other apps requiring Root Access that are not working.

So are some root apps working but not others? Also did you recently update Superuser? Some people have been having problems with a few of the newest builds.
