Root Root Access, Wifi Problem

when i found wi-fi error then
i have also done second option (rom.zip)
but no effect. same
i think if i back to the original rom versions (Android 2.3.3)
then it could result some.
but i dont know how to do that.
and where i find that rom
any suggestions pls

unfortunately,there is not much more we can do.
the ruu is the general "fix all" for any software/firmware issues,as it restores the phone to all of its factory intended images. in other words,you are on your stock ICS rom. we cannot go back to gingerbread with s on,as it requires a a different bootloader,and the phone will not let the older ruu flash becasue of this.
factory reset clears out bits of data from obscure locations that can confuse the phone,and normally clears up any other issues.
typically wifi errors that are not hardware or radio related are from a mismatched kernel and wifi module,but the ruu should have fixed all that. if your previous rom flash damaged the filesystem to the extent that the boot image or system image didnt flash correctly,you should have seen an error when it tried to flash.
under the assumption that you have a system/boot issue,there is only one thing i can think of to try,and i do not believe it will work while s on:
-boot to fastboot
-enter in cmd:
fastboot devices
fastboot erase boot
fastboot erase system
then run the ruu again. keep in mind that if it does work,your phone will not boot with no boot or system on it,so after entering the erase commands,you wont be able to boot until you run the ruu again.
is there any further info you can tell us? have you done anything else,or tried to make fiurther mods after running the ruu that could ahve affected your wifi? is your mobile data working correctly?

Place a compatible rom on your sd card. Boot into recovery. Go to the wipe menu and format all partitions (except sd card)
When that's finished, go to the install menu and choose the rom on your sd card.
Just make sure you use a rom that's compatible with your hboot. No jellybean on 1.57 or 1.58.

If fastboot is enabled that may be the problem. Try a battery pull and then try volume down + power to reach the bootloader. From there select recovery.
If you have just run the RUU, it will have returned you to the stock recovery.
You will need to unlock the bootloader again and flash a custom recovery again if there is no custom recovery on your device.
Don't forget to enter the settings while booted up and enable USB debugging and uncheck fastboot.

How can I s-off my Htc x515e
I can boot in bootloader, but can not enter into the recovery, factory reset.
when i select recovery it reboots and shows a triangular and exclamation sign.
and when i select factory reset it reboots.

The screen with the triangle and exclamation point is the stock recovery. That's normal for it to be there after running the RUU.
You will have to flash your custom recovery again through fastboot. I assume you had one before that you can flash again?
As for S-off, I don't know if it's possible. Your device is different from the evo 3d. I don't know that the S-off tools for this device would work on yours...
Because your device was exclusive to just one area, I don't think that there was a lot of development for it. I can't find much for your device.
