Root root after 5.5.902 ?

I just flashed back to stock and upgraded to 5.5.902 Because I had made some mistakes and deleted apps instead of freezing them. The flash killed my root but I am wondering If I should wait until ICS comes out for the Bionic? What do you guys think? All I use root for is to wifi tether and get rid of bloatware. thanks

After coming from the Eris where I had to root to get a better working phone I have yet to see a need to root my Bionic. As for the wifi tether just get FoxFi, works without root. Bloatware, I haven't found that what we have hurts anything, other than being there, it hasn't slowed me down a bit. Having said that, to answer your question I would wait. No need for any of the troubles others seem to be getting themselves into when an update does come out, like we've seen with the two so far.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you currently un-root-ed and at 5.9.902 and asking if you should root?

Have you already recovered everything that you accidentally deleted?
