Will you hold off on the OTA until we get more info on the possible exploit?

sorry guys, finals coming up in school, ive been busy, ive also been busy over on xda. working on a few fixes, i crashed my bootloader yesterday and ive been REALLY busy trying to fix it, got that working and now im trying to get jamezelles senseable working with a2sd. i think i found the issue and i pointed it out to jamezelle, working on how to fix it now :)

and ya, your right, i jumped the gun a little, but i remember how it was when i was stuck on the leak, any little bit of info about what was going on with the rooting process i gobbled up. just wanted to put the knowledge out there, i know if this does work, a LOT of people will be pissed if they ended up going to theOTA and a few days later the leak is rooted :)

and thank you jcase and zinfab for giving us another update.

jcase has actually been one of the nicest devs i have talked to, im sure you all know the issue im having with some of the others, but jcase has been helpful and informative.

for those of you that have had my back though, i want to thank you, but i dont want this turning into a me vs the devs situation. no need to pick sides, we are all working towards the same goal, the betterment of the android platform.

oh and if one of the mods can change the title to "Possible vulnerability noticed in the 2.1 leaks" that would be awesome. i tried before when i got the first update from jcase but it only changed the title of that post specifically and i just now realized it.

How about this, I can't change the title, but I can close the thread. If an actual exploit is found by zifnab06, jcase or one of the other devs then we can open this back up or start a new thread.

Sound good?
