Root Root for Fierce 2?

Hey fellow members, I only signed up to notify some of you who still have no success in rooting the Alcatel 7040N, I would use anTuTu Benchmark and KingRoot 4.1 English Version in attempt of root but failed and would reboot in the rang percentage of 19%-24% Until I read a thread on XDA Forums that helped me significantly. It has to do with how much lag or tampering you need to do with your phone performance, so this is what i did and i got a 100% successful root with KingRoot 4.1 (Eng) i downlaoded Geekbench 3, AnTuTu Benchmark, CPU Benchmark, and Speedtest from the playstore, i ran the the speed test in background, ran the stress test in CPU Benchmark in background, ran anTuTu Benchmark in background, ran Geekbench 3 in background and finally ran KingRoot and started rooting until it reached 55% and rebooted i waited until my phone was completely on and then KingRoot opened automatically it then boosted from 55% all the way to 100%! and successfully rooted, if it doesn't work i highly doubt it because it will! i even updated my phone before rooting and still worked good luck and i hope you appreciate my feedback!

Hello to all of you.

In my case I tried several times the method of using Kingroot while running in the backgrond Antutu and the other bechmarks mentioned and I got something that nobady can get to explain... acording to kingroot I have complete root access, I can instal any superuser I want without any issues, but... according to any rootcheker I tried, I dont have proper root access or non at all. I tried to uninstall system apps and I cant I also tried to unroot but it wont work... I tried all the unroot tools and apps I had found...

Any ideas what I could do next? Please

We have gained temp root on the ZTE ZMAX via kingroot, so I dont see why it wouldn't be the same for the fierce 2.
Temp root is a bitch to gain though, because it works like 1/3 of the time. Still though. If you can achieve temp root, you guys can get one step to achieving perm root.

Down loaf rrash from market some time the apk will provide an recovery that will allow u to flash super su Phil's has the option to flash su over
 
I got my phne rooted using antutu and king root, not kingo root. Someone here even posted a video doing it. I did the stability test and pressed the home button when it hit 10% went to KING ROOT( the site thats in chinese) and then I pressed root and it rebooted. I did root checker when it came back. It said no root so I tried it again and it worked the second time. Just keep trying until it works. I mainly rooted my phone so I could use gamekiller to hack my games, but that method worked for me just keep trying. Make sure phone is charged enough. This phone is "rootable".
 
Finally got root I now know what I was doing wrong. I was using WiFi instead of my own service plan internet when rooting. And so when I did that it reached %50 then rebooted and loaded up to %100

I got 1 question I want to install a new boot animation but I don't know how and I saw this video on how to do it but when I go to the system's files I don't see the original boot animation and so I can't replace it cause I can't find it where the video said its supposed to be.
 
I have a problem I woke up this morning and fownd this on kinguser. So I checked rootchecker and sure enough my fierce to is no longer rooted. I tried the repair root option it reaches 99% then says root has failed I have done this about 20 times now with no luck. If anyone can please help it would be much appreciated.

That also happened to me when trying to replace kinguser with super user. I lost root access but I was then able to regain it. But idk much about your problem.

I haven't been in this forums for awhile like months. Today I remembered about rooting my phone and came back here. I the. Found out that you can root. I tried it and it worked for my fourth try! THANKS SO MUCH!
 
Again, as I requested in my last post, please refrain from talk of, or links to, apps or mods that bypass IAP.
They not only cheat devs, but are against the forum guidelines.
