Root Root GT-S5360T

[ChaosDroid]

Hey Droids!
I have a Galaxy Y GT-S5360T and the 5360 Root update.zip files do not work.
I get an error: ice" == "GT-B7510" ||getprop("ro.product.product") == "GT-B7510" :Error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
(status 7)
Installation aborted.

Help would be much appreciated!

Try the Universal Root. It works for almost all versions of your phone. Google it.

Is there anywhere else I can get the universal file?

I do not want to have to sign up for some stupid mobile service that costs me money and is a pain in the butt to cancel just to get this file.

Thanks

Anyone?

yes but we can't download the zip because of the surveys , i'm not giving my details to these sites because they have bad WOT ratings.

Surely someone has access to an alternative working file?

I have no problem paying a small fee to access the file, but having to sign up to an unwanted phone scam is not the solution.

Anyone else have access to a file that will root the S5360T? As I said happy to pay just not willing to subscribe to a phone scam

I found another root but the TO says we can't post them on this thread , I'm a little puzzled this being a forum why there is only one option for rooting the galaxy y on here? there are loads of update zips around on the internet just be careful where you download them but the downloads places available on this site update zip are dodgy survey sites with bad WOT ratings.
