I'm back!

Just thought i would let you guys know that my phone is running like a dream now, its like lighting. Can't believe i didnt do this sooner. Battery life has been good so far. Still getting used ed to some of the settings and customisations , but I'm sure I'll get there.

Actually, while I'm here, just been reading another thread about undervolting, am i right in thinking, that it was part of the kernel that i installed? If so, how do I use it?
 
Yep, you can undervolt with LorDmod's kernel.

There are instructions and the download here. You used to have to flash the scripts manually, but now it's all done via an app which is flashed in clockwork before hand. Just remember and reboot between attempts.
 
Thanks El Presidente, i read the post you directed me to, in there you spoke of two fiiles, but there is only 1, i it just this one i need to flash?

Smooth.

There was another file attached that was a modified version of an older kernel designed to work with the CM 7.1 Release Candidate. I removed it in case someone flashed it with the 7.1 stable release.
 
Ok, cool, Thanks! Remember earlier when i said i was getting the bug....... Did my brothers Sgs2 today. :cool: Was a bit more of a pain to do though.
