You can download HTC sync, but you need to keep it uninstalled for this process.

yeah, go to my FAQ and follow the unrevoked link. In that guide is then another link to install the drivers...

ok got the drivers from here
ADB Drivers for HTC Desire James Giang

but the bootloader is different in device manager,it says Android Device and below it My HTC, i open the reflash package and it starts rooting, and stops half way through and says internal error: failed to unlock NAND flash, phones ok

Wrong drivers, you need the ones off the unrEVOked website (or just the HTC Sync ones - that's what I used)

Hi lecter in the video when he clicks the reflash package mine immediately runs the reflash and doesnt give me additional folders that show in the video and still no drivers for the adb, here is the page i get the programs from
