Rooted my OM just fine (and dropped SU in at the same time)!
However, I don't see the custom recovery option during shut down?
GREAT just to have 2.2.2 rooted!!!
THANK YOU SIR!
turn phone off..while its off, hold vol down, home and power until the 4 buttons at the bottom light up..then release the buttons and it will boot into recovery.
Oh, DUH on me, LOL
Another NOOB Q, once in recovery mode how do you exit back to normal mode, just turn the phone off and back on?
OK, thank you!
I've read many places that the RomManager & CWM has cause problems, is this still true for the OM?
I just don't want to screw anything up (again).
@kelso
Does the new rom with edify support have a2sd also?
Thanks...
More questions-
Does the new rom have the throttle-be-gone built in? There was a separate download before... Now I only see it in the ICS Theme.
Yea,a2sd is baked in. Should be good upon first boot.
As for the throttle b gone. Since the ics theme seems to be the hotness,I just edited it to take out the throttle. Ill make a universal white clock with the throttle removed for those who don't want to use the ics theme.
I thought there's a different kernel when you update to 2.2.2 which helps a lot from 2.2.1 and lower regardless of what you use for ROMs.what would the bennifit be of haveing rooted 2.2.2 over 2.2.1 will the roms work and is there really a difference?

Please correct me if I'm wrong on this.
Can anyone tell me what ROMS are ok to use for OM 2.2.2?
I really like the joneidy sense rom but not sure if it will work?
You can flash any rom for the om no matter firmware it came with stock.
