Hi, I'm new here. I have a HTC EVO 4g running 2.3.3

I have follow the steps to gain S-Off. I want to be able to get free tethering. I'm having problems opening the reflash program on my laptop, running windows7. Is there anyone who can connect remotely to my pc if I send you an invite via email? to help me?
 
Couple Questions. Do you already have s off. And if so have you flashed a recovery yet? if you dont know what im talking about. just say so and i will explain

not sure what you mean by reflash program. do you mean a custom recovery so that you can flash roms and make nanadroid backups? we need to know if you have s-off first.
 
Hi, Thank you for responding to my problem. I don't have s off yet. I check (by vol down ad powering. It try to flash but I got a message stating it didn't go through. I forgot the exact message. I'm at square one again.

what is your hboot? power off then press and hold power+vol down.
