downloadin odin now
Also, to be on the safe side, a bad download can mess a device up so to be sure you can find the md5 sum of the H1 before you download it and then when you get it downloaded you can compare the md5 sum of the actual file that you got downloaded to the md5 sum of what it is supposed to be, if they match letter for letter and number for number then you got a complete download, if they don't match then you got a bad file and you'll need to download it again until you get a matching sum, there are easy instructions for how to find and compare md5 sums with a simple Google search.

i jus wish there was an easier way to get that file
If you've got a torrent account or a torrent downloader then you might can find a torrent for it, you'll have to search Google for it.

The name of the H1 file is:

COMBINATION_S968CUDUAMH1_S968CTFNAMH1_1304014_REV09_user_low_ship.tar.tar.md5

now hw do i check it to see if the whole file is correct
Go to where you downloaded it from and look there somewhere for the md5 sum, it will be a really long series of numbers and letters, write that down. If you downloaded the file on your PC you need to find a program for your PC that can check md5 sums then compare the number you wrote down to the md5 sum of your downloaded file, or you can transfer the file to your extsdcard on your phone then use ES file explorer, open ES file then go to where you put the file on extsd then press and hold on the file then tap the "more" button and on the menu that pops up tap properties, then a popup will show you the files info, at the bottom you'll see its md5 sum, compare that to what you wrote down from the download site, if all the numbers and letters match then the file is complete.

the drivers for this is samsung kies right
Yes, kies will install the drivers for you or you can search for "usb drivers for Samsung phones" and manually install the drivers, try kies first then if you have driver issues you can manually download and install them.

Before you open Odin you need to make sure kies is not running in the background or it will cause issues in Odin.
