Root Rooted already Need upgrade!!

I have android version 2.3.3 build 4.22.651.2 and just want to upgrade to the newest stock rooted Rom? Is there detailed instructions to help me out?

go to all things root guide and choose on of the latest built stock choices Nolimits slim and tweaked is a good choice Place the file on the root of the sdcard reboot into recovery run superwipe if you have it if not then wipe data, system, boot , cache , dalvic x3 sdext as well if your using that. once its all been wiped then return to main menu and choose zip flash from card. Navigate the card to the zip you want to flash. It will flash then you reboot and give it a bit to load up and all should be well
 
What is the newest? There are ics roms that are the newest builds but lack everyday stability. This is what I'm using nowwith instructions. Is it the newest? I don't know. It's one of if the best sense based roms out there now. There's a whole section of tweaks and themes if you get bored. MikG does flash a kernel along with his rom, but not all roms do, that's up to the Dev. I would suggest getting comfortable with flashing full roms before you bring in the added complication of different kernels. Enjoy!
 
I just want to flash the newest stock rom. I feel somewhat comfortable but I just need some direction. Is there a step by step directions?

I'm running the same ROM, with the ics theme by pneumbra from over at the mikmik. MikG is what I think the latest stock OTA should have been, it's that good!! ;)
 
Ok I have my phone on clockword mod recovery>
Do I 1st backup and then what? I wipe data 2nd. I downloaded NoLiMiT06 OTA 4.67 Slim and Tweaked to my desktop do I just right click on it and send the boot file to my phone??
 
I was in clockwork mod and did clear data twice and then hit the power button. It will not boot back up into clockword mod and the phone is back to like it was new. How do I recover???????????
 
Well by clearing data you cleared all your accounts off the phone.

To get back into recovery pull out the battery and put it back in
Hold power+volume down


You will see the option for recovery once you are in the H-boot screen
