Root [Rooted] Cannot Edit Remove Words in Personal Dictionary?

AHWagner

When I go into Settings > Language & Keyboard > HTC Sense Input > Personal Dictionary > The word I want to delete is not shown in the list to delete. When I type the word "love" on my EVO LTE, it automatically capitalizes the entire word so that it would read "LOVE". Is there any way I can edit this to remove it? As mentioned, it is no where in the phone's Personal Dictionary. I'm kind of boggled on how I cannot remove the word.

I am S-Off BTW. Thanks.

May need to run a clean install of your ROM. I would try to wipe dalvic and cache and then look in the list to see if its there I never had to mess with the personal dictionary.

I believe you can go under Settings / Apps / All tab at the bottom / User Dictionary (I believe this is it) select that and select "Clear Data". That should delete your entire user dictionary.

If that doesn't work, follow Argedions suggestions. If that doesn't work wipe everything and reflash the Rom.

If that doesn't work, RUN!! because gravitation is not responsible for people falling in love!! The universe may be trying to tell you something. ;)
