Root Rooted DX update guide?

Hi guys. I've been looking and searching around the DX forums.
I couldn't find the root DX update guide.
May anyone guide me how to update without messed up my DX?
Like the things I have to do, prepare, or to be careful about?
My is still at 2.3.15
I used Apex 1.0.2.2 ROM.

What do I have to do if I want to update to the newest version?
or the new version that has SBF out.

How do I update my rooted DX without cause any problems?

check to see if the download mirrors work: Droid X: 2.3.32 Full SBF

if so, you don't need to get TBH app to update to .320. You can also update to it by installing a .zip file that is a .320 rom, like ApeX 1.2.1.

so you meant I can just use fabo's ApeX 1.2.1 ROM to update my phone from 2.3.15 to .320? Just simply download the ApeX 1.2.1 ROM, and then go to recover mode to install .zip file, and then it's done??

Will I lose anything from my phone's previous version? ex. apps
