Root Rooted Phone - Boot Loop

I rooted my phone a few days ago when the guide was first posted. Today I ran the battery completely dead (using the navigation app all morning), put my phone on the charger and now it is in boot loop. I get the 4G and Sprint screen, then it reboots.

Please HELP! I am a real estate agent and need to make calls and use the phone for navigation between properties.

pull the battery out. and press and hold power+vol down. this should get you to recovery. wipe dalvik cache and cache and see if that helps.
 
I tried to do another backup tonight so I could try my first ROM. During the process the phone froze so I rebooted. The phone is back in to continous boot loops. I wiped cache and dalvik already.

Please help!
