Root Rooting and OTA's

If I unlock and root my Rezound, will I still get the OTA ICS update?
I have no plans of loading a custom ROM.

sure. you can use any recovery image that you want. id research clockwork however,before commiting to use it... at first it had some issues with the rezound.
