I finally took thee plunge and rooted my phone, removed Facebook, Peep, Twitter etc and moved everything moveable to the SD card using Link2SD. I was surprised to find I still only have between 80 and 90mb free, not a lot better than before.
I read that it was best to partition my 32GB SD card so I did so and the first problem was that my PC could only see one partition. So I deleted the partition but the card wasn't recognised at all.
I then tried formatting the card and was told Windows could not complete the format and now neither the PC nor the phone can see the card.
I have ordered a new card but am reluctant to try partitioning it and I wondered just what the advantage is of doing so.
Can anyone tell me please?
