Root Rooting my note

What are the advantages of rooting my note?
I have no problems with the phone at all, so was wondering if there was any point in me rooting it?
I've never rooted any of my phones before.

After you got root access, you can,
remove or freeze bloatware,
install custom ROM, themes, etc.
Use advanced backup apps such as Titanium backup.

I kinda know what can be done after rooting, but is it worth it on the note, seeing as it's a decent phone out the box?
