Root ??Rooting VM701 running 2.3.4

Anyone have any recent success rooting an Optimus VM701 running 2.3.4? I tried the LG Esteem package with no success. Last night I tried SuperOne Click and it stopped at Step #7, with no success.

A optimus slider forum would be the best place for you to get an answer. Not much here for it so if you tried the esteem method try this forum

I suggest you ask in the proper forum. This is for the Optimus V and what works for us may not work on your phone.
