Accessories Rugged skins available yet?

I just picked up the Nexus S yesterday from Rogers Plus. There were Otter cases on the shelf, but they appeared to be holsters, not skins.

I used to have a Roots tough skin on my old iPhone 3G. It was thick and dependable. I've been trying to find something similar for the Nexus S, but no luck so far...

Any recommendations for something suitable?

I've got the Amzer Argyle case (smoke) from Amazon. I got it about a month ago and really like it. Here's a link to the Youtube review:

I really like this case because it's sturdy, easy and secure to grip, and it doesn't attract dust and lint. It also preserves the basic form factor of the Nexus s, which is what drew me to the phone in the first place.

Good luck in your search. This case is very inexpensive and definitely worth a luck.

Best,

DH

I've just ordered the Seidio Active case in black.

Reviews on Amazon were pretty positive and it looks about as rugged as they're going to get since there won't be an Otterbox for the Nexus S.

I'll let you know how it goes.

My Seidio Active case just came in. I've only used it for an hour or so but it's been pretty solid.

It fits snug and neatly, gives reasonable grip, and it's mere presence makes me far less worried about dropping my phone.

The manufacturing quality feels top notch with no rubber tags on the seams or rough edges.
