Keep your eye on Sprint.com/htconemax for the latest info. They usually add a link on their landing pages. Sometimes the new devices just pop up in the Sprint.com storefront though.

The news literally just broke on this one. Best Buy has leaked that the phone will be released for Sprint on the 15th? Sprint.com should have it ready to go for the 15th if that ends up being the release date. Sometimes Sprint.com will have it a day early but we are so close to the 15th it probably won't matter.

There is the small chance that Best Buy will have it for sale a few days before Sprint or Sprint.com but the chances of that are so very slim. The date might not be finalized too. Best Buy has been known to be wrong in the past, just as FYI.

Upon further searching, it looks like the phone will have a Day 1 OTA update for Sprint
Find and update the software version on your HTC One max
 
You guys still getting it? I've moved on... actually considering the G Flex if they ever bring that to the US. 720p on my phone isn't a huge deal for me but the rest of the specs are spot on with what I would want.

Still loving my G pro
