Root RUU as .zip ... possible?

eh bredda i have a rom running again but not everything works
but aim happy that i have it running what can i do now ?

WHAT DOES NOT WORK

- still freez
- still rboots
- some app let phone freez/reboot
- some time wifi lets phone freez/reboot
- games let phone freez/reboot
- some time live wallpapers lets phone freez/reboot

WHAT DOES WORK

- internet
- home Launcher
- rom manager
- villian setup

AND EVEN MORE WORKS :cool:

jeah the motherbord can be overheat cuz when i plug in usb to pc and select sync on phone it freez it wil also freez when phone is on and i load battery only it takes longer to freez but it was all hapening afther i installed a new hd game that wasnt even for the desire but i had more new hd games running whitout problem but afther the last game i installed my phone crashed when installation was done screen reboot game suposed to start afther it but it crashed and turnd on and turned off rebooting all crazy afther that ####game install befor i never had this problem i dint have the wrong radio or rom i think it just curupted data on that app it have 2 or i hope cause then aim shur i fix the problem myself
 
still my phone is not woking like it supose to but its running and i wanne tnx ya foks for ya reply jah still give me inspiration iv been trying to fix my phone for dayz now ending up on a lot off treads and forums it helped me a lot to but i almost gave up and saw my phone ash a dead andoid and it cant be i cant not put it in a grave and leave it behinde i love her she is my desire and tnx to ya there i might fond i way to bring her back to live jeah to LIVE i knowe what i m saying or meaning aight hhhaha i wont give her up:cool:
 
when in command prompt i type fastboot oem boot and it finds device finaly. my phone boot up
then it freeze and log on windows command promt cmd say s failed to many links then it stops

sdk is working but i still end up frozen again or rebooting

are you using the standard htc cable that comes with the device or an aftermarket

the only rom i can get to work is not stock it is a gingervillain 1.4 rom any difrent rom wil just not boot afther installation done. even when gingervillain 1.4 is running not everything works so aim still trying to get a PB99IMG.zip to work but it doesnt when its done reading the image hboot restarts then nothing happens it supose to flash it but it does not i end up frozen still
 
i did it changed the name to pb99img then i put it on sd card but it go s wrong agian in hboot it loads take longer then normal and when it supose to flash it brings me back to hboot thats not suposed to happen so i checkt the file in recovery and over there it coud not open full zip file cause it bad or something
 
we need to find an alternative source then in that case. when it says (bad) that means it is corrupt.

Its a real shame shipped roms is this poor at data integrity
 
hmmm, corrupt sdcard? could you open it normally on windows before you put it onto the device
btw it does go back to hboot when it tries to flash it with a red status bar on the right hand side
 
right ive just downloaded it using the same method that the download is not corrupt so i dont know what that is, i even extracted it all

something is wrong with the sdcard or sommat maybe if its corrupting it

how big is the file you have?
