On the O2 website there is an option to request for a phone unlock. It's there for pay monthly customers. Not sure about PAYG. Basically access your O2 account online & request for an unlock code.
Please help. Same issue. Samsung galaxy S2 use three network Australia. Currently in Malaysia. Got network lock. Checked with three website and it stated that after 3 times wrongly entered network code. Phone got lock forever. Any advise on this? Already tried more than 3 times already and got locked. Is that means I can use the phone anymore?
This isn't a network (subsidy) lock, it's a security lock and is common to all GSM handsets. You'll have to contact your network carrier and request the PUK (PIN Unlock Key).
