Help S3 and Android 4.3 on O2

[xxymoxx]

Hello,

Does anyone know why I cannot download 4.3 on my S3 phone? I have 4.1.2 on there and when I try to download it says "the latest updates have already been installed"
Any answers would be great.

BTW, I am in the UK on O2.

Its because 4.3 has many exceptions and bugs to be fixed which inturn is making people face many problems such as heavy battery drain and similar. So 4.3 upgrade has been paused for some time

Many thanks for the reply. I am sure a friend upgraded his a couple of weeks ago, has this just recently happened?
