I recently purchased my s6, I love it! However I'm a using a crazy amount of ram- 80%-92%. This has caused my device to slow down, are there any fixes? Sorry I couldn't find a current thread

Using that much ram has nothing to do with slowing down, if indeed that's really the amount of ram being used.
The S6 is already using the most draconian free ram scheme out there, of any stock Android. And it's having the opposite effect of what you want.
Definitely check the two threads above.

Make sure Power Save isn't on. That will slow your Samsung down
