Since you are rooted, it's safer to use Titanium Backup to freeze the apps you want to get rid of. That way if they do prove to be necessary, you can unfreeze them rather than having to reflash your phone back to stock (not factory reset, you'll need to find and flash a stock rom). After a while with them frozen, if everything is okay, you can permanently delete them if you want to.

i dont have the purchased titanium backup yet. is a free version can delete, freeze unfreeze the apps? i want to delete some apps that i really dont need. or only works for paid version? ty

Only the paid version of Titanium Backup allows you to freeze app's, particularly system app's.

Do not delete system app's!

For a step-by-step guide to using Titanium Backup to freeze app's and which app's are safe to freeze, see here.

The list has not been updated for ICS as yet. However, where system app's are concerned, if in doubt... leave it out!
