Hi,

I just picked up a Captivate on the Rogers network and I can't find these apps in the Market. I searched for "Captivate" "Desk Home" etc. Are they not available here or something?

Thanks

Yep. Both apps rotate automagically.

*Edit - on another note, I can't seem to find either app in the market right now...

*2nd edit - nevermind. Searching for "captivate" did it.

I just downloaded these for the first time...something's wrong with this picture lol

It's 32F in Florida and I should expect thunderstorms to go with it.

Once I plugged the Captivate to the Desktop Dock, the Desk Home Application came up. It looks pretty cool. Since I use the phone as an alarm clock, the Desk Home App is perfect.

I've had Desk Home and Car Home on my phone for some time and really like both of them. However, they both seem to be minimally customizable. Does anyone know if it is possible to add or delete shortcuts, like on the home screens, e.g., swap the generic music player shortcut for one that launches DoubleTwist?

Not straight out of the box. I'm sure someone with some Android skills could decompile them and figure out how to do it...but I'm not that person ;)
