Samsung Fascinate Picture Thread!

Ahh nice comparison. I'll be doing the same with the Droid X. I'll be taking pictures under different conditions and do a separate thread with the comparison.
 
Indeed. Would you like me to compare it with any other phone? I have a Droid 2, Droid X, Droid 1, Incredible.....I also have an iPhone 4 i could compare it with......just saying (dont hate people, its not my iPhone).

I wish the Fascinate would take pictures in a wide format like the incredible does. They should have made the shutter button on the screen translucent so the picture could be wide and the button would just sit on top of the right side of the pic-preview.

It doesn't do that or else the megapixels would have to be smaller. Its the same with the Incredible and X. They have to lower megapixels to get that widescreen format. It's best to have it normal.

I would definitely like you to compare it more with the Incredible and iPhone 4. I'm very curious with how it stands up next to it.

Oh both would be lovely. Just do it on your spare time. No rush. I'm more interested in the iPhone 4. I already know the picture quality of the Incredible since I owned it for a while.

No rush ;) I don't mind at all. Its just raining bloody cats and dogs right now and i really dont wanna risk soaking my devices. LOL

Great pics. Hey, how large are the files you are uploading? I keep having to post my photobucket b/c the file size.
 
Since people actually noticed a difference in photo quality between the Vibrant and Captivate, how do you guys think the Fascinate stacks up against its brethren in this regard? So far, photos I've seen look quite good on the Fascinate, but I haven't seen any side by side comparisons yet.

It should be the exact same camera as in the Captivate.
 
Anyone know how to adjust the exposure? For some reason, that area is grayed out on my phone. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.
 
Thanks for the low light pictures, Vihzel.

They don't look *amazing*, but compared to what I would get in similar conditions with my HTC Incredible, they are superior.

It makes me one happy camper!
