This might sound obvious but have you tried charging? If so sounds like your phone is screwed and you'd need to get it repaired or get a replacement.
 
if u can go to download mode it can be fix
softbrick ? mean u cam acces on recovery or download mode
if its the case folow the instruction and download a exact firmware
