I am not entirely sure but this is my understanding: This will be enabled if you have any accessibility app installed on your phone. Example of accessibility apps are Talkback, Soundback and Kickback. I have read somewhere that these apps are not really recommended because you can not remove them from your phone once you install them.Guys wat is the use of 'Accessibility' option in settings?? When I click on it, it says "Downloaded accessibility application is required to activate"
