Help Samsung galaxy s2 problem need help

Okay i have a problem my phone works really good but the battery. the battery is very weak. after max. 4 hours the battery is at 0%. i have no idea why but i found this problem since my phone fell into the water.
The phone also is really hot.
i tried to buy i new battery but it is still the same the battery is at 0% after 4 hours.
I also checked the battery usage its all looks normal.
can someone help me?

That might have something to do with it. How did you dry it out, and for how long, before using it afterwards?
