Help samsung galaxy Y wont turn on

Samsung galaxy y gt - s5360 keeps on flashing but wont continue to start .. it just stays there and just keep on flashing. Please help me. Thanks! XOXO
 
I have the same prob ....and yeah i tried to instaling somethiing , plzzzzzzzz help me
what shall i do ??? :(
