Help Samsung Kies 2.0 help!

Everytime I try to install the Kies onto my computer, I get an error saying that file MSSetupaddin.dll is missing. I've tried everything from downloading it again to restarting, but nothing has worked. Can someone please help?

Is your windows install fully up to date?
Which version of windows?

Windows is fully up to date and I'm using Windows 7 32 bit.

I dont know then, the dll file you are missing is part of the microsoft installer subsystem, only 3 hits on google so its a very very unusual error!
