Samsung S4 has Problem with my number

As far as I can tell, everything looks legit.
The firmware link I posted is for the same firmware that is currently on the phone, so should have flashed without a problem.
You did get a blue box in upper left of Odin indicating a active com port connection?

As stated earlier, not knowing history of device, I'm not sure why build and baseband do not match.
How long have you had the phone and how long did it work with the original sim before it started having problems?

You can always check the device compatibility with the network here.

Odin usually gives a error and also a error should be seen on the download screen of the phone. Usually Software Revision Authorization if you try and flash the wrong firmware.

The difference is that the baseband is basically your radio set, ie cell service. It appears the device has been modified. Two questions hopefully not to intrusive.
1. Where are you currently
2. Did you buy the device new?

Yes I did get the blue box in upper left of Odin, their are two levels of bars in Odin, I get the blue bar in second one, and the "Failed" notice in the top left bar.

As the logs I posted show that the process did start, but it wasn't able to right to the phone.

I am in Dubai and have been using the cell for over a year without any issue. I din't buy it as a new cell, but it was as good as new and even now its is working fine with another sim of the same operator in it, but it refuses to work anymore with the number I cannot change.

I just can't find any reference to that baseband.

That is odd. Doubt that a firmware flash would fix this issue. Definitely got me scratching my head. I'll keep looking and if I find anything promising, I'll post .

As was observed above, the phone was designed for a Korean Carrier. In order to work in your local, it has had a new radio installed. If you get Odin to work it will replace that radio with the stock version. This is a difficult situation for you. It is based on the international I9505. Your options are limited I'm afraid. You seem to have a technical understanding (got odin up). Here is some reading for you.

Be careful though. The thread is for the E330L Korean not the E330L/Dubai.....I made that last part up:).
Do be careful though.

You are in fact running the latest stock Samsung firmware for the E330L model, OL4.

Your baseband is exactly that of the OL4 release and reads OK1. The full designation of the release is...

E330LKLUDOL4_E330LLGTDOL4_E330LKUDOK1

The firmware can be downloaded here... http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/63956/E330LKLUDOL4_E330LLGTDOL4_LGT/

So, no mystery. You have a stock Korean Galaxy S4 model that is running the latest stock Samsung firmware and Baseband for it. If you are attempting to use it in the UAE it will not work on 4G and you may need to adjust the APN settings for your carrier for 2G and 3G reception.
