Help Samsung sgh-i547

I'm not locked out, I know the password, it's alpha numeric, but I would like to return it to just numeric. When I go to my lock screen all of my choices are Disabled by admin? Except for pass word, its set to high security. Any ideas would be great.

Did you figure out that you just need to unlock then change the setting to what you want?

If you can't get into it, you can A. Install TWRP and remove the Settings data, or B. Stay stock and factory reset.
