Help Samsung Tab 2 (7.0) stuck in boot loop

Hey guys, today I turned my samsung on to find that it loads to "swipe screen to unlock" but about 5 seconds after load it shows the samsung logo and turns off.

I have held the volume down and power key for 10 seconds and got to a page showing that installing custom OS could damage my system, I agreed to install the custom OS and now it's been at this screen for the last 20 or so minutes?

The screen shows:

ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: GT-P3110
CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: NO
CURRENT BINARY: SAMSUNG_OFFICIAL

Then the android logo and text underneath saying:

Downloading...
Do not turn off target !!!


Any help guys?

is the tab rooted? i do not have your tablet so i can't help too much. what custom rom did you flash?
