I have a query I find that the Super SU has an update. Can I safely updated this app from Google play
 
how did you manage to edit the script ? i also have samsung galaxy Y GT-s5363..cant/unable to root it ????


Hi Guys....I have a Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5363..I am finding it so so so hard to root it....

I put the update.zip on the root of my sdcard, then into system recovery and applied the update and it then stats but then says:

ice" == "GT-B7510" ||getprop("ro.product.product") == "GT-B7510" :Error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
(status 7)
Installation aborted.

is it because my phone is a s5363? and not a s5360?, will this work adding it to the updater script??

I was told :
Like below add that
getprop("ro.product.device") == "GT-S5363" ||

I am now trying to install "universal gb root unroot"....but the links and all stuff here on 1st page is lots and lots of surveys...even after taking surveys
PLS HELP.
 
I can't download the update zip, it's says i need to fill out a survey, is there a way around this , i just need the update zip and i'm good to go. When i click the link for the update zip it takes me a site called OceanFiles and this site won't let me download the file ?? it just asks me to fill in a stupid survey, i've used this update zip before to root my phone about 6months ago i had no trouble downloading the update zip so i don't know whats going on now with this stupid OceanFiles site.
 
Please can someone else post a link to another update zip for rooting samsung galaxy y that doesn't take me to that crazy ass Ocean Files website , I'm not giving them my personal details for a 1.53mb file , ocean files , and the survey sites it links to all have really bad WOT ratings and I'm not giving my personal details to them.
 
Juxxize, I have tried to contact the developer direct to buy it direct but no response. I have also complained to the forum mods about this file and post that requires people to jump through hoops and subscribe to those phone scam s just to get the file, but so far no luck in getting the files.

I was hoping that StoneBoyTony would make the files available via other means i.e. pay for and sent files to those that pay for it.

If you can try and contact him directly and ask the same them maybe bot of us and I am sure many others could get the files needed and as said happily pay for them
