R Rjohnjr Newbie Sep 16, 2010 #4 Have you checked to see if USB debugging is on? (From the home screen, touch menu, then settings, then applications, the development.) If you have windows computers, it needs to be OFF (unchecked). If you have a Mac, it needs to be ON.
